Why does my water smell like rotten egg?

Rotten Egg smell indicates sulfur presence in your water. There are a few ways to get rid of this unwanted smell. Carbon filters are often the most used solution. Why does my water have a coloration?

Coloration in the water could be cause by a number of factors. The main cause here is SWFL is the presence or iron, which will stain everything water touches. To get rid of this unwanted metal in your water, there are effective solutions available. Give us a call and we will be happy to give you quotes on this systems. Why do I have low water pressure?

Low water pressure could be caused numerous reasons. First of all, we need to identify if the issue is just on one section of the house, or on all faucets. If you find out it is only on a few faucets, then, there must be either clogged pipes of bad fixtures. On the other hand, if the problem is thought out the house, then it is very possible your pressure tank needs to either be adjusted or replaced. Also a clogged filter, a defective pressure switch or flow could cause this problem. How do I know if my water Softener is not working properly?

Water softeners, like any other piece of equipments, needs maintenance often. A sing that your softener is not working properly could be that your brine tank (where you deposit the salt) is overflowing or full of water all the way to the top. Another pointer is that you don’t feel the water soft when taking a shower (this will be one of the first things to notice) or you may find white spots on the glass next to the shower or cups. How do you ensure your systems are good quality?

We, unlike many competitors, build our systems ourselves at the shop, ensuring our customers are getting not just the right amount of materials, also know as media, but also, that they are of the highest quality. For instance, Carbon Filters requiere different materials to be durable and efficient. There are many types of carbon media available, some are cheap and design for city water, some are heavier and more durable (more expensive) design to battle well water. We ensure each of our filters get the correct carbon for your particular situation without charging you extra for it.

How much do you charge for a visit?

Our service call fee is $60.00 during normal business hours. That is Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. after business hours and weekends rates goes up to $100.00. Service call fee will cover our visit, including finding the problem and labor. Any parts that would need to be replaced will be at an extra cost.

Does your systems come with warranty?

Yes. All our new systems come with warranty. You can have peace of mind we will cover anything that breaks for as long as 5 years.

Do you offer monthly maintenance?

Yes we do. Monthly maintenance varies depending on your system and your needs. This is the best way to ensure your system is working properly and that you are getting the pure water you deserve.
